#MTAS is the first step in the solution to the grim problem that #MTGLASS showed us all: a devastatingly low access to disability reversing and life saving stroke Thrombectomy.

A stroke will impact 1 in 5 people >25. The 500-fold disparity in access to life-saving thrombectomy and <5% worldwide access is a global shame. We MUST advocate to end this "Thrombectomy Desert" and ensure 50% minimum access worldwide by 2030. Ambitious but can be done
