Grateful for the learning opp at Ontario Science Centre’s STEM Equity Symposium. Some takeaways: 1️⃣ developing sense of belonging & identity in STEM requires an ecosystem of collaborators - peers, parents, teachers 2️⃣ 📈 data needed on who is included and why ppl leave STEM
