. Abe Swathwood is on to states with a 3rd place finish and a PR of 53-8.75!

53’8.75 for a PR and 3rd place at regionals. Onto states next week at OSU. Saturday for Shot and Sunday for Hammer.

Great day at MSJ university today, threw a big PR of 172’7” and backed it up with 2 other throws 170’+. Set a new school record and qualified for nationals. States next week.

New school record and a 22’+ PR of 188’11 at hammer states for third place. Thank you to all my coaches that help me day in and day out and also everyone who supports me along the way.

A host of wildcats are competing at nationals this weekend! Abe Swathwood will compete at NBNO in the hammer throw! Celia Schulte will be running the 800! Anna Wile will be running the 100H and the 400H! Lilly LaRosa will be running the 400, 200, 100 at Nike Nationals!
