Dr Guy Bewick was invited to speak at the recent Association of Anaesthetists Conference at the P&J Live, where he spoke about exploring the cross-talk between proprioceptors and nociceptors within the spindle capsule and its potential role as a trigger for acidosis-induced chronic pain (sng).

👏 Huge thanks to Westhill Rotary for funding the purchase of a mannequin designed to help medical students learn how to carry out ear examinations. Many of the group’s members are patient partners at the university, and they donated more than £2,000 for the specialist equipment.
