Julie Mason “I am a Masters Apprentice student on C placement. After studying at Uni, I became a Nutritionist in Public Health before joining the Macmillan Team in UHCW as a Dietetic Assistant, and then worked with the Intestinal Failure team. I hope to quality later this year!”

Emma White Bariatric Specialist Dietitian “My interest in dietetics sparked through a love of home economics, food, nutrition and science. I qualified in Surrey in 1997 and joined the Worcester team in 2007. I have worked in Bariatric Surgery Team since its inception in 2012”

We rounded off the week with a food tasting session set up by our catering manager Nadine, and Natalie our nutrition nurse was on hand with her enteral feeding training equipment.
