Had a great day back at Woolwich Common youth club with the amazing B Young Stars This grassroots project is doing incredible work for children and young people.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬! Delighted to visit Eglinton Primary EYC & meet with Lisa Lazell, Emma Shorter & governors. Such valuable discussions on how we support them & enhance the learning of our children.

My pleasure to work alongside Labour colleagues to produce a common sense budget to benefit our residents, providing services they want and need. Cllr Anthony Okereke Averil Lekau Pat Cllr Mariam Lolavar Majid Rahman Sandra Bauer Rachel Taggart-Ryan Adel Khaireh

Great to talk to Plumstead&Glyndon residents today about Labour’s New Deal for Working People.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and blessed Ramadan. #Ramadan2025 Royal Borough of Greenwich

It was wonderful to accompany the Deputy Mayor Linda Bird at the "Look at Life" events at Woolwich Barracks. These military-organised events offer young people a valuable chance to explore Army life and the diverse career opportunities it presents.

Great to be out in Plumstead & Glyndon ward earlier with Adel Khaireh & Gaumaya Gurung, mainly talking to residents about ASB and fly-tipping - concerns that we share. Strong support for The Labour Party 🌹 Huge thanks to everyone who chatted with us and our fantastic volunteers! 🙏🏾

Changes to Children’s Centres in from 1 April. 👇 After a public consultation, Children’s Centres will adapt with a focus on increased SEND provision. Adel Khaireh: "The support isn’t going anywhere, it will just be found in different places." royalgreenwich.gov.uk/childrens-cent…

Exciting times at the Young People’s Council as we welcomed the next generation ready to make change in Royal Greenwich! We also bid farewell to those who’ve influenced decisions since 2023. Follow their journey on Instagram and TikTok Greenwich Young People’s Council. #Greenwich #YoungCouncil

Had an incredible day with the wonderful volunteers at Divine Buzz enjoying the fantastic activities and food they organise for children and young people.
