Excited that I can finally say that our #NFRF was funded! Can’t wait to work with BZhangLab and Sandeep Raha on developing cellular models of placental dysfunction using placenta on a chip model developed by B Zhang lab!

It was great to introduce the Placental DREAM Challenge at the Bioconductor conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You still have time to join the challenge and test your approaches to data imputation and/or predictive modeling with omics data. ⁦⁦⁦Wayne State Research

We had a great conference session on the Placental Clock DREAM challenge at the RSG meeting at the University of Madison, Wisconsin. The top performers were Herdiantri Sufryana (right), Tushar Patel (middle) and Ibrahim Alsaggaf (screen). Domain knowledge won the day!
