A big congrats to Brayden Bonik on 4th place finish in the USATF Junior Olympics 4x4 recently held at Texas A&M with a time of 3:18. He’s been training with me about 4 months and had some great numbers in camps: 4.55 forty, 32.8 vertical, & 4.15 Pro agility. Big things to come!!
