embopress.org/doi/full/10.10… Excited to share our latest publication in EMBO Journal on TDP1 phosphorylation at S61 in mitosis and genome instability and Cancer. Congratulations Srijita!! for her incredible PhD work. DSTIndia SERB Department of Biotechnology ICMR Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science

Delighted to see our comment published in Nature Genetics where we proposed a model for a dual function of m6A in R-loop regulation nature.com/articles/s4158…. Reik Lab Altos Labs Alexey Ruzov

So thrilled to see our work on regulation of transcriptional repression in lamina-associated published in The EMBO Journal. Thanks to all the authors!! Thanks to all the authors for their fantastic contribution. embopress.org/doi/full/10.10…

📣Really excited to share our publication out in Nature Communications , where we show that the lncRNA NEAT1, regulated by the RBP TDP-43, destabilizes the TIRR/53BP1 complex in G1 phase of the cell cycle, affecting both the DSB repair-dependent and -independent functions of 53BP1.

I am happy to share our latest paper with Gilbert Ansa and Shona Murphy in which we show that two small molecule inhibitors of RNA splicing, Isoginkgetin and Madrasin, do not directly inhibit RNA splicing but rather strongly affect transcription activity. journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…

Happy to share "Protocol to identify E3 ligases amenable to biodegraders using a cell-based assay" STAR Protocols sciencedirect.com/science/articl… It refers to our previous article doi.org/10.1016/j.isci… Thanks Marie Sorbara Margot Cristol Anaïs Cornebois Pierre Cordelier CRCT-Oncopole

🤩10th Dec 🗓️ we'll have the pleasure of discovering the work of M. S. Luijsterbug Martijn Luijsterburg, E. Belotti Edwige Belotti and M. Tellier Michael Tellier. We'll see how RNAPII is regulated at UV damage sites, during replication and how H2A.Z protects the genome integrity.

Now in print! A model for a dual function of N6-methyladenosine in R-loop regulation | Nature Genetics Nature Genetics nature.com/articles/s4158…

The Vassilis Roukos lab led a new and detailed study of Topoisomerase II contribution to #3Dgenome folding in human cells and in different cell cycle phases -- my group and the MundlosLab contributed analyses/data. The paper is now published in Molecular Cell ...1/n

🚨Our next EDRA webinar is coming up. We will have the pleasure of discovering the work Martijn Luijsterburg, Edwige Belotti and Michael Tellier. If you're a fan of Transcription, Replication, Aging and DNA Repair... See you on 10th Dec 🙂

It was a great pleasure to present Cell Symposia #CSchembio2024 our work on intracellular biodegraders in beautiful San Francisco!!

Today I had the honour giving a seminar Sarafan ChEM-H Stanford University hosted by Prof. Laura Dassama. It was a wonderful experience with scientific discussions, visit of the campus and a great dinner!! Thanks to Laura and her lab members for their kindness! That was a great week!

Please RT. Join the sixth edition of our Training Unit Institut Curie international course on Genome Instability & Human Disease open to master students, PhDs and researchers! Amazing program. Registration dead line 2nd March 2025 at training.institut-curie.org/courses/genome…

Our new paper is out! Our findings shed light on gene regulation according to evolutionary age and suggest this organization changes across differentiation and oncogenesis. Read our thread below! #cancer #chromatin #evolution Nucleic Acids Res shorturl.at/rJ2VQ
