My #nightmare case - 76 year old male with calcified nodule in circumflex vessel s/p shockwave. Ivus and 3.5 mm NC balloon expansion confirmed good predilation. 3.5 x 32 mm Megatron stent implanted in left main - circumflex. 1/🧵

Potentially fatal complication - 72 y.o. with HF, inferior ischemia with calcified prox RCA lesion. Pre-dilatation with 2.5x20 mm semicompliant balloon at 14 atm. Balloon ruptured and entrapped in RCA. Wire is also stuck. What is your management? #cardiotwitter @NosairMohamed
