It is our sorrowful duty to advise members that Past Master Frank Dell passed away on Monday evening 30th May in Sydney, Australia, following a short illness. He was 98.

Past Masters Spurrier and Cox, along with their Consorts, were this evening privileged to be invited by Station Commander, Gp. Capt. Emily Flynn, to represent the ‘Air Pilots’ at RAF Brize Norton’s Annual Reception.

Looking forward to the Master’s Garden Party at Andrewsfield, Essex tomorrow. If, as members, you are not aware of these events, please do check the airpilots.org website regularly since ‘flyers’ are no longer sent out with the Air Pilot magazine.

With great regret we are forced to announce the imminent closure of The Pilot’s Hub. Redhill Aerodrome has given us notice to leave the entire hangar and close the Hub. We consider this will be a great loss to the local community and are disappointed by the airfield’s decision.

Another potential nail in the coffin of GA in the UK. Please sign the petition (link below) and also consider writing an email to Nick Stagg, Chairman of Redhill Aerodrome limited. [email protected], appealing this decision to force the closure of Pilot's Hub.
