Staff wine choice of the week comes courtesy of Simon, and its the C Capela Red, from the Alentejo region of Portugal. It is medium bodied, with a lovely juicy palate, and great fruit appeal. Very easy to drink, maybe a bit too easy!!!

On tasting in stores this evening and tomorrow is this delightful, organic, catarratto from Sicily. A very inviting nose leads to a lovely peachy, stone fruit, floral taste on the palate, with a zesty, dry citrus finish. At only £7.99 it's a bit of a bargain!
