My colleague and friend, Joe Jacangelo, current AWWA President, kicks off #AWWAACE with his story about how he got into water. Everyone has their own story - I know I backed into working in water and I am ever grateful for all that I have learned over the past 32 years 👍

Interesting Water 2050 Technology panel at #AWWAACE Innovation Hub on Tuesday afternoon. It blows my mind to ponder how translating data into actionable info will change in the next decade or two!!

I assuming nobody will be offended with a small bit of self-promotion, with the caveat that I have not listened to this episode of this podcast and am hoping that I sound reasonably lucid. I enjoyed chatting with Steve and Jennifer on this podcast & re-thinking some water issues!

The more I think about it, the more difficult it is to understand Congress' logic. Infrastructure funding got a big boost with IIJA & everything looked rosy. With earmarks continuing to increase, SRF capitalization grants are dwindling down to zero! It's worse than before IIJA!!
