A crucial part of our quality assurance process: sensory panel! It's done nearly daily here at the brewery by crew members from a variety of departments. It's a way for us to make sure our bevvies are meeting criteria with aroma, taste, color, and more. A lil perk of the gig!

With only 176 bottles made, our Small Still Gin Batch 002 is handcrafted on our 26-gallon column still to bring out aromas and flavors of cucumber, lemon peel, orange, lemongrass, orris root, lemon verbena, and of course, juniper. 45% ABV Available only in our Tasting Room!

Our sustainability efforts don't stop on the brewing side. We recycle all the cans that don't make it through inspection, or are damaged during the packaging process. We bale them up into 200-pound bales, which are then sent to our recycling partners. Cheers to better brewing!🍻
