We used surface contact area (SCA) Xtension from Imaris 3D/4D Imaging. SCA between DMT1 and Tf (yellow) and SCA between DMT1 and Tom20 (blue) are detected in close proximity suggesting that DMT1 (red) acts as a bridge between Transferrin (Tf) endosomes (green) and Tom20 (magenta)
