Fantastic slide, I agree. MitraClip in HFrEF would be way to the left on the top line, probably a hazard ratio of 0.25, given that in COAPT it reduced mortality by 38% at 2 years on top of max tolerated class I GDMT. Add devices (eg CRT, ICD, TEER) for the next paper.
