Something I never thought I’d experience but today I was informed of the passing of my most recent student. She was a fantastic student. Rest in Peace young one 🤍 Nursing courses are hard, please be kind to your students and nurture them. ❤️

Family, friends and colleagues gathered to say goodbye to a beautiful girl today. Sadly, I was unable to get away from work. But she was loved, adored and a amazing girl. Fly high darling girl 🕊️🤍

Met a lovely FY2 doctor at my GP surgery. She went to take my blood and said she was going to loose her confidence because she couldn’t get my vein. After a moment of encouraging her to breathe, she managed and was so proud that she’s gotten it.

Back to work after three weeks annual leave today! Although still heavily jet lagged - been awake since 03:30 with the cats 😂
