How do I help others understand my role? Great question! It sort of depends on the audience and setting: Big group=big picture, 1:1=fitting the need of the teacher and somewhere in between for small teams. #coachbetter Kim Cofino (she/her) Matt Kroot

Leadership skill I have developed as a coach? Not sure this qualifies, but active listening is one. Putting aside all distractions and just listening. My colleague Michael Bycraft has such passion for learning he would be a great coach! #coachbetter Kim Cofino (she/her)

Want to see students engaged? Have the amazing Troy Harkin (he/him) teach them to build worlds in @CoSpaces_Edu and explore them in ClassVR from Avantis . Amazing stuff!

This week SASchina one of my favorite events, Teachers Teaching Teachers. The only problem is that I was having so much fun presenting on Microsoft Education Learning Accelerators and ClassVR from Avantis with my outstanding colleague Christopher I didn't get to see any other presentations.

Squeezed in the time to go through the three levels of MagicSchool AI 💜 🪄✨ training, and boy was it worth it. There is a lot more going on under the hood than I thought for! Nice job folks! Any time you need boots on the ground give me a call. 📱

To second what Alex McMillan said, it was such an interesting and enlightening conversation with Adeel @ MagicSchool AI and the amazing educators on #genaiforschools. Great questions, amazing discussions and a peek at the future, who could ask for more!?!?

Attending the Empowering Women in STEM and Technology session 21st Century Learning and am learning so much. Lots about the importance of mentors. If you have had a female mentor be sure to let them know how important they were to you.

A very interesting session with Tim Evans 🏴🇪🇸🇭🇰🇦🇪🇨🇳 around tech coaching models and he has me really re-evaluating my model preference. I can't wait to catch up with the other coaches at school. 21st Century Learning
