If 7 years ago you would have told me that I’ll get to do my pediatric residency training at Children's National Hospital 🏥 , I wouldn’t have believed it. One thing I can say is it takes a village to achieve dreams and I am eternally grateful for mine. DC here I come!

It's #MatchDay2024 & we're welcoming 42 new pediatric interns! Celebrating education & diversity, our incoming class is from 37 institutions with 45% underrepresented races/ethnicities-- three times the national average! We’re excited for what’s to come! 👏

Wouldn’t have been possible without the support and guidance of our amazing mentors! Yesterday was a wonderful day, and we are so lucky to be a part of the pediatric oncology family at Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center !

This is one of the very first comments that William Kaelin (Nobel laureate and physician-scientist extraordinaire) received from one of his teachers. Never let the wrong people bring you down. Such an eye-opening keynote address at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center trainee research day.

Last The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc. research symposium as a research fellow! What an inspiring day listening to much needed talks about the challenges of drug discovery in pediatric oncology. A long way to go to get to where we need to; big thanks to CCF for the recognition of our RMS project!
