Pleasure to show Charles Parkinson around Alderney today. Telegraph Tower - Well worth visiting. Official opening 23rd July. Built in 1809, this signalling tower was used to communicate vital information on the movement of French shipping with other Channel Islands.

I enjoyed the tour of the Connaught care home extension today. Wonderful opportunity to see the new building before it goes into official use. Lovely rooms with lots of space. Amazing sea views from the building and outside space. Thank you to all involved with the project.
