Why are "all the fee codes" for euthanasia "related to palliative care" in Ontario?

A short update to this story. After filing a media request, British Columbia is no longer ready for infanticide: it removed a billing code for infants as a valid code for MAID in December 2024. Curiously, I don't see it reflected in its summary report.
