I've been racing over the 2 days at Nuneaton and Newham. SB in the 400m and consistent 100m runs.

I ran some very consistent 400m over the weekend at the English championship. I got 3rd place in the 400m. Another solid 100m in the heat.

2024 season done. It's been a consistent running this year which am happy with. Time for some rest and recharge the body for next season.
