It was my pleasure to be part of this great symposium at the University of Copenhagen. It provided the opportunity to hear from others about their works on skin proteomics, and to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.

In this trip, I also had the pleasure to meet with Prof Ismail Gogenur, Prof Gregor Jemec and Dr Jawad Zahid at the Zealand University Hospital, Denmark. We had a friendly discussion about many things related to skin and skin cancer research, with some collaboration underway.

I never thought of contracting the virus again, but did, most likely from the trip to Europe or during transit. I don’t know the variant I have, but it feels very strong in symptoms such as body pain, headache and fever + nightmares (seems new 😀). Very minimal runny nose though.
