Sometimes I think I’ve given too much of me to some people and not enough of me to myself.

Social media can OFTEN be blamed but it can’t ALWAYS be blamed. Sometimes social media is a symptom to a bigger problem. Parents, partners, jobs, experiences, environment. We’re addicted to an artificial world because it’s easier to manage than the conflict in our real world.

So much of life is figuring out the correct balance between spirituality, family, career and money.

Every morning I wake up thinking I have a sore throat. Then I fake cough a few times and I’m actually fine. Moral of the story? Sometimes you just need to fake cough.

In the end, all people really remember is how you made them feel.

People can assume the worst in you despite your noble intentions. Many view your actions through their narrow lens. Connect the wrong dots. Not contextualise. Impose their poison. If your heart is in the right place, don’t allow broken opinions to keep you up at night.

So much of life boils down to how you manage your pain and conflict.
