I don't like the word "servant leader" I like what it means/stands for, but not a fan of the term. Am I the only one?

It took me 9 seconds to write this: "I'm grateful that I get to work with you." I did this silly exercise to prove a point.. Everyone including you has time to praise their employees. Yet most won't. You can. I hope you will.

Practice saying what you're thinking. Do it kindly but learn to do it. It's not as bad as you think it is. Learning to align your thoughts with your words is an act of self-care. Life is short. Don't let (all) your thoughts die within you. Let them breathe.
