Getting really worried about the ease at which parents are choosing EHE. Is anybody prepared to share their EHE numbers over the past 2 years so I can see how ours compare? Also any strategies that have been successful in reducing the issue?

Humility. A small but mighty word. When we're humble, it doesn't mean we need to be quiet - the opposite can be true. But when we speak, we do so from a place of wanting to share learning, recognising we don't know it all; with confidence but knowing we've still got much to learn
