Tonight we played Melbourne, penultimate show on this tour. Gig 58. Upsettingly ticket sellers messed up & sold tickets in areas unavailable,disrupting the experience for some 200 people.I’m so incredibly sorry.Such a great sound there for me.I hope not all was lost for you :-( x

I can’t quite believe I have only one show left on this tour. I’ve been on the road since February, my 3rd grandson born only 4 weeks before. I’m going home to a whole new face.

Some geezers can be prickly old sticks. I’d like to propose an amnesty. Perhaps you could give women, say, 4 hours to enjoy our happy events & THEN tell us we’re eye munching munters. Seems a fair exchange. Truth is they never forgave me for leaving Black Sabbath. The wet wipes.

I always puzzle at accusations of ‘Self Indulgent’ directed at musicians or artists. Like it’s a bad thing. Of course we are. What’s more self-indulgent than heeding your own muse, and if you’re not, what are you creating? Don’t like it? Fair dos. Diversity in aesthetics is real.
