Allerdale NPT have carried joint patrols along with Cumberland enforcement team today around the area of Workington Academy. This joint approach will continue and action will be taken where necessary.

Officers were out tonight on foot patrolling the Town Centre, Moorclose & Northside areas. This has already resulted in 3 stop search and the night is still young.

If ever you needed more proof around the dangers of drink driving... This car managed to shear a full front wheel off while drink driving and crashing into the pedestrian barrier. Driver blew 109 in custody; the limit is 35! CHARGED TO COURT.

PC 3025 & PCSO 5326 have attended Seaton Rainbows. The Children were spoken to about keeping themselves save, they looked at equipment that the Police use and tried on uniform, and looked in the Police Vehicle.

Following numerous reports of a bike being ridden in an anti-social manner around Keswick Town Centre. Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team have arrested a male for various driving offences. The bike was subsequently uplifted. We are out there and we are taking action!

After a report from local horse owners in Dearham regarding the manor of driving from some motorists, we have been out and mounted some new signs to advise motorists of the rules on passing horses. No horsing around 🏇
