I’ve had the good fortune of having Joanne Kearney as a boss and, as a kidney mentor. Little did she know that her and Brendan would become such an important part of my life but together, in sharing their story they gave me the courage to share mine.

Today at 5pm I walked into TGH for an Impact Collective meeting. I couldn’t help but think that a year ago that was my dialysis time-slot. So I paid the dialysis clinic a visit and saw my friend Patrick, who amongst many others University Health Network inspire hope for patients. I’m so grateful.
