Still sitting here thinking about how remarkable Journalism’s stride is…no words, just utter awe. We talk about horses hitting another gear but he’s just something else altogether. I won’t forget that race for the rest of my life.

I spent the morning after Tonalist's Belmont win with Christophe for Trainer Magazine. Everyone he ran into around the track–NYRA staff, trainers, riders–congratulated him. Not out of politeness, but with all sincerity. Bill Mott bowed down. Clement told me he’d received an (1/?)

GI Belmont Stakes contender BAEZA (McKinzie), third in the GI Kentucky Derby last time out, spent some quality time in the paddock this morning after training. The colt was ridden in and out of the saddling stalls, then weaved through the poles outside of the stalls.

Umberto Rispoli petting Journalism on the gallop out after running a valiant second in the Belmont Stakes. Happy to have captured this image as it shows the love and bond between the two regardless of the result. A true horseman.

An exceptional and important read that I WISH many in this industry would take to heart and heed. flysofree always says there is no negative or positive stories, there is reality. If you don’t like the reality, take steps to try and change it. paulickreport.com/news/ray-s-pad…
