I was honored to speak during the official opening ceremony of the 2nd EACO Postal and Logistics Forum held from 20-22 September 2023 in Mombasa, Kenya. The forum was officiated by Hon Eliud Owalo, CS for the Ministry of ICT and Digital economy of the Republic of Kenya.

This followed ARPTC’s admission to EACO on June 28, 2024 during EACO EXCOM in Nairobi, Kenya. Dr. Simba briefed the President, ARPTC about EACO and emphasized the need for collaboration in strengthening the Telecom, Broadcasting and Postal sectors in the East African Region.
