I will never understand how a #legaltech provider comes to a customer and says, "yes, we know usage is very low and we haven't reached out about it, but it's renewal time and we will only renew on an Enterprise basis." 🤔 Big win battle, lose war energy.

Our neighbor had a fire in Sept that shattered our windows (outside panes only, thankfully)... Pacific Specialty: Takes 3 mos to finally satisfy our claim, won't let us replace in the meantime. Also Pacific Specialty: "We cannot renew your policy bc your windows are broken." WHAT?!
