Flew Air India from LHR to DEL. Excellent. From check in to deplaning it was awesome experience. New aircraft is superbly designed. Business class seats have so much space for everything. Service was superb, loved the meals, crew was very courteous and professional. Loved it. 👍

Went to Maa Chandi Devi temple in Haridwar today. Very well organized, staff were extremely helpful, rope way makes it easy. Only eye sore is the plastic thrown everywhere inspite of instruction to keep it green.

Flew Air India from DEL to LHR. Overall a very good experience. New aircraft is nice and business class eats are very well designed. In flight services were very good. Bit more training required as even after ordering vegetarian breakfast I was served non - veg breakfast.

Flew Air India on AI111/11 Jan. Wonderful experience. Left my jacket at a store. After boarding could not go out so the person incharge went and retrieved my jacket. Commendable service and customer friendly attitude. Do express my appreciation to him🙏
