A spicy🌶️ little three note shell voicing for a dominant chord (E♭in this case). It stacks the 13th and 7th on the bottom, creating its characteristically dissonant 1/2 step/minor 2nd rub, with the 3rd of the chord on top. Use sparingly, but when the music calls for it...🔥🔥🔥
