We are very proud of all our Running Redbirds! Our very first Meet this season and we had some great results. Sophie got 4th, Monica 5th and the girls team got 2nd over all. Noah got 5th in the boys race.

What an absolutely amazing day it has been!! Every runner got a PR or SR today at the Granite City invite. Every Running Redbird surpassed our expectations!! Let’s Go Redbirds!!!!

It was a great Morning to Run fast! Congratulations to Sophie Helfrich for placing 12th overall for the girls. We also had two PR’s. Devon Yowell run an 18:41, over a minute PR! Charlie McAfoos ran an 18:00, a 14 sec PR! Way to go Running Redbirds!! #AltonRedbirds

Let’s just say the ribbons were good luck for the whole team! We had 8 PR’s, 1 seasons best. Noah got 3rd team all conference with a PR of 15:59.8. Sophie, Monica, and Aaliyah all got 3rd team all conference (20:16.1, 20:59.3, 21:17.8) so proud of our Running Redbirds!!
