Every week trainee counselling psychologists provide 1120 hrs of therapy to NHS patients. The vast majority of trainees are not paid for this work. This is unjust & places an unacceptable burden on trainees. Please sign our petition for equitable funding. petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6562…

Health inequalities still matter, particularly around poverty, deprivation and suicide. The North East still showing very high levels, and my own area of Redcar and Cleveland with some of the highest levels. Hoping we can address this in partnership with local organisations.

Southgate objectively has the best record of any England manager. I hope he wins the euros, he has shown intelligence, dignity and composure, and would love to see his story arc complete on a high. Loads of psychology in his mindset approach to the game. Well done lads.

I am appalled to hear about the violence and destruction happening in Middlesbrough and thinking of all our students and community members who are having to live through it.
