Thanks to Robbie Butler MLA & Phillip Brett for supporting #DementiaActionWeek in Northern Ireland Assembly this week. It was great to see MLAs show their support in raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of dementia, and shout out the wonderful work of our campaigner Emily Wilsonš

At the APG on Dementia's AGM earlier this week Mark H Durkan was re-elected as Chair for the year ahead. Thanks to Danny Donnelly MLA Robbie Butler MLA and Deborah Erskine who have also become Office Bearers. We look forward to working with you all for everyone affected by dementia.



This afternoon, Eve and Sarah had a productive meeting with Sojan Joseph MP , Co-Chair of the APPG on Adult Social Care - it was a great opportunity to discuss the urgent need to improve dementia care!



Great to join Carers NI for the #CarersWeek MLA drop-in at Northern Ireland Assembly. 1 in 3 unpaid dementia carers provide 100+ hrs/week ā this must be recognised. Thanks to First Minister Michelle OāNeill, deputy FM Emma Little-Pengelly BL & the Health Minister Mike Nesbitt for showing support.
