Our Civil Liability for AI Program continues with a panel discussion on AI and its application in the law, feat. moderator Judge Michael Scudder of the 7th Cir. and panelists Justin Nelson Susman Godfrey LLP, David A. Gordon Sidley Austin LLP, and Kannon Shanmugam Paul, Weiss LLP.

Principles of the Law, Civil Liability of Artificial Intelligence Reporter Mark Geistfeld NYU Law and Associate Reporter Ketan Ramakrishnan Yale Law School introduce the ALI project and some of the challenging legal questions it hopes to address.

Today’s members luncheon featured a discussion with Bob Bauer NYU Law and Jack Goldsmith Harvard Law School, moderated by ALI Director Diane Wood, on the evolving use of executive power during the early months of the Trump Administration.
