Moment très important. Il y a un an, 8 pays avaient ratifié le traité pour la protection de la haute mer. Nous avons obtenu 55 ratifications et à Nice 15 pays s’engagent. Objectif de 60 dépassé : le traité entrera en vigueur début 2026 !
