After a conversation with a colleague of mine a couple of weeks ago, I decided to fast today. I am not a religious I've always been curious about how Muslims experience Ramadam, especially those working or being treated in a hospital. Below are my observations:

7. I was VERY productive. I cannot believe how much of my day is spent making, consuming and washing up food & drink. 8. Breaking fast is an great excuse to sit down with someone, celebrate the day and be grateful for a meal. 9. Algerian dates are LUSH. Thanks Amel Bendali-Braham🇩🇿
