Leadership Belief #2: Have a compelling vision. Clearly articulate it. Inspire it. Measure it. Breathe it. As a leader, your job is to define the vision and work like crazy to equip your team with what they need to deliver on it. What is your vision for your team?

Leadership Belief #3: YOU set the tone, the pace, and the focus for your team. Not some far away leader. YOU. You establish the culture and create the environment to succeed. What tone have you set? Any changes for 2020?

Leadership Belief #4: Surround yourself with self-motivated people who share your vision and have the capacity to deliver on it. Then, it's on YOU to find ways to inspire the passion of your people. What are you doing to inspire & appeal to every individual member of your team?

Leadership Belief #5: Be real with people. Honestly tell them where they stand. Sugarcoating the truth is disrespectful and unfair. But you must first have a relationship as a license to address performance. What are you doing to invest in your team?

#6: My Formula for Success = A + B squared - C. Love your top A performers, invest in B performers to get A performances, and deal decisively with C performers. The trick is to get A performances from B performers. What’s your advice on how to do just that?
