2/ This sub-analysis used data from 512 patients with acute #tandem lesions from 16 #stroke centers🏥. The population was divided into two groups: 👉218 underwent IVT+MT 👉294 MT alone

3/ After adjusting for the selected covariates, the difference in the risk of #sICH and #PH2 between the 2 groups was #nonsignificant.

5/ 📢After adjusting for covariates, the IVT+MT group had higher odds of a favorable #FunctionalOutcome.

6/ 📢In our 6-hour window sensitivity analysis, we found no significant differences in the risk of #sICH, but we observed higher odds of a favorable #FunctionalOutcome with the use of #IVT prior #MT.

7/ Our study shows that: 👉 IVT+MT did not increase the overall risk of #sICH or #PH2 independently of the cervical revascularization technique used. 👉The use of intraprocedural IV-APT may be associated with an increased risk of #sICH in patients who received IVT+MT.

8/ 👉IVT+MT was associated with a higher rate of favorable #FunctionalOutcomes at 90 days. Close🧵
