Severe storms with damaging winds are moving through our service territory. Our Incident Management Team (IMT) has been activated to coordinate damage assessments and restoration efforts. Treat downed power lines as energized. Stay clear and report them by calling 800.755.5000.

Crews made progress overnight restoring power after severe storms caused outages for 42,000 customers. We've restored 50% of outages in the first 12 hours. Extensive pole and wire damage remains to be repaired today. We're working as quickly as possible to safely restore power.

As Electric Safety Month wraps up, it's important to keep ladder safety in mind. Ladders, including wooden ones, can be dangerous if they come into contact with power lines. Always maintain a distance of at least 10 feet from overhead power lines when using ladders.
