Weβve had Ampersand Brew Co in the house today. Weβve come up with a blend of barrel beer to age on Pinot Noir PrΓ©coce skins from Flint Vineyard. Very excited for this one! π»
A very civilised end to a rather lovely first #ISBF9 session. Cheese courtesy of the ever lovely Birmingham based Curds & Whey. Beer something delicious from Ampersand Brew Co... Bohemian Rex, an Amber Czech lager. Excellent accompaniment to this Doddington cheddar.
Last week Ampersand Brew Co brought up freshly pressed Pinot Noir Precoce skins from Flint Vineyard. The aroma was incredible! After transferring 300kg of skins into tank, we came up with a blend to bring out the best in these deliciously aromatic grape skins. π
