We recently launched an online form for legacy Longhurst Group customers to report repairs. Our legacy Grand Union customers can already report repairs through their portal. Since launch, we’ve received nearly 1,400 requests for a repair, of which 1,157 have had work raised.

We’ve taken handover of another nine homes from Miller Homes at Norwood Farm in Harpole, Northampton. We’re delivering 52 homes on this site for Shared Ownership and affordable rent and we're enjoying watching the progress being made.

We love an aerial photograph of our developments! We’re working with Snowdon Homes Ltd to deliver 35 affordable homes at Gold Street in Desborough. The first homes are due to be handed over this summer and these drone photos show the progress being made on site.

As we step up our efforts to engage with customers and use their insight to help improve our services, we’ve relaunched our neighbourhood walkabouts. Our most recent event took place earlier this week on Jobson Road in Horncastle. Check out some images below.

We held a successful customer engagement event this week as part of our Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund project. Customers were able to find out more about the types of improvements we might make to their home, as well as ask any questions they had. Check out these pics!

Our Chief Development and Commercial Officer Marcus Keys was on site at Gold Street in Desborough earlier this week looking at the progress being made. We’re delivering 35 homes in partnership with Snowdon Homes and we’re pleased with the work that’s taken place so far.

Our Neighbourhood Walkabouts continued yesterday as colleagues and local councillors came together at Axiom Avenue in Peterborough. Many actions were taken away from the day and plans are already being drawn up to put these into action.

Energy efficiency improvement work is due to start later this month in Rushden, as part of Wave 3 of our Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund project. At a recent event, customers were able to find out more from our project team and representatives from Morgan Sindall Group & Lovell.

Our Chief Development and Commercial Officer, Marcus Keys, has been out on site at The Furlongs in Towcester this morning doing some filming. While there, Marcus had a look around and said he was impressed with the mix of housing type and tenure being delivered.

We’re taking an additional 16 homes from Vistry Group at Scartho Top in North East Lincolnshire. We’d already agreed a partnership for 55 affordable homes for rent, but this has been extended to include the extra three and four-bedroom properties.

We’re nearing the end of the final phase of our Abbey Park development. The site, in the village of Thorney just outside of Peterborough, is being built by Allison Homes. The final few homes are available via Shared Ownership. #NewHomes
