Bonus Advice 1. Lets clean the process of acquiring CTD n legitimize refugee documents. Remove th Movement Pass protocols. Make it easy for refugees to freely move within Kenya and outside Kenya. Give us periodic data on how many CTD has been issued since the last CTD directive

Burugu Department of Refugee Services that required refugees n asylum seekers in Kenya to hand over their passports from their home countries within 30 days
