It’s said 4 in 10,000 in England have had the Coronavirus. And 1 in 11 of the Cabinet, of which everyone with a sniffle or a cough is tested. Maybe the rate of infection in the population is much higher than 4 in 10,000. And the death rate is much much lower than it seems.
