It is time to review Australia's discriminatory immigration laws which stop people living with HIV migrating to Australia. HIV is a manageable condition and people living with HIV can live a normal lifespan. On treatment, they cannot transmit HIV. It's time to change this law!

Key findings of this report show that by June 2023, 68,251 people had ever received PBS-subsidised PrEP, and 42,304 had used PrEP it at least once in the past 12 months.
