Had a good meet today at Frederick Douglass. Pr’d in both the 110 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles. Top 45 in both events for the overall state. This was only my 4th time running the 300’s. Progress!

Another two HUGE Pr’s tonight at the Central Kentucky Conference Championships! I cut half a second off in the 110 meter hurdles and a whole second off on the 300 meter hurdles! I’m top 25 in the whole state for the 110’s and top 32 in the whole state for the 300’s.
