Today would have been the first of my 2020 winter Messiah performances. Sadly no Handel this year, and no Carol Services or Concerts. Hoping that all our musicians both professional and amateur, and our audiences are enjoying live music-making again before too long.

Here we are at our Tuesday evening #rehearsal in #Wakefield. We’re all thinking about the sad situation with BBC Singers, and everyone wants to shout out their support for BBC Singers. #WeAreTheBBCSingers

An amazing experience yesterday afternoon! Not just receiving my medal, but hearing the citations for all the other 12 recipients who have given so much to the community.
